Prices
Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are for the hire of the villa, not per person. Air conditioning is chargeable at £30 per week and car hire is not included.
1st Jan - 28th Feb £350 p/w

Terms & Conditions
•A non-returnable 30% deposit must be paid on agreement of reservations. •Balance of the holiday costs must be received by us at least 8 weeks before departure date (allow at least 2 weeks for post and bank clearance). •It is a condition of booking that you are adequately insured for your holiday and we accept no responsibility for loss of personal goods or other damage. •LATE BOOKINGS All fees must be paid in full at time of booking (allow at least 2 weeks for post and bank clearance). •All breakages and/or damage must be reported to us or our representative and are chargeable at replacement cost. •CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS On Booking - Loss of Deposit Over 56 days - 40% of total holiday cost 55 to 29 days - 60% of total holiday cost 28 to 15 days - 80% of total holiday cost Less than 15 days - 100% of total holiday cost •We accept no responsibility for your travel arrangements. •We accept no responsibility for any aspect of your holiday affected by matters over which we have no control. These include war or threat of war, riots or civil disturbances, terrorist activity, airline delay, weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial disputes and government action. •The contract is governed by English Law and any disputes will be dealt within the courts of England. •We will always endeavour to resolve any complaints amicably, however if we are unable to resolve any dispute, the matter may be referred to an English court of law or arbitration. •These booking conditions are valid until 1st February 2012.

Dear Tony Thank you so much for our stay in the Villa it was the perfect holiday home for us. My 5 yr old son loved the pool we had to bribe him to get him to the beach and the veranda was perfect for the baby…. I was able to be in the sun whilst he was safe in the shade. Again many thanks Tony.

The Villa is like a home from home! My Family and I enjoyed ourselves so much last year, we are going back again this year…..
…..The pool is the best part very clean and lights up at night, so a midnight swim is a must in the heat….
It is the perfect holiday!
